NSW Ambulance requests proposals for the provision of Paramedics Income Protection Insurance required as part of the 'NSW Ambulance Death and Income Protection Benefits (State) Reviewed Award 2022'.

The purpose of the tender is to:

• Ensure an income protection insurance policy that meets the needs of Paramedics cover under the above Award,
• Achieve sustainable and competitive premiums,
• Secure a rate guarantee period of at least 24 months,
• Appoint an insurance partner that delivers proactive and supportive claims management, high-quality insights and meaningful reporting to support informed decision-making and the strategic objectives of People and Culture team at NSW Ambulance.
