NSW Public Works - Whole of Government

This scheme is for general construction works valued up to $1M

This scheme covers the following two thresholds for construction works:

• Registered suppliers for engagement fees up to $250,000
• Certified suppliers for engagement fees between $250,000 and $1M

The NSW Government recommends suppliers considering applying for prequalification on this Scheme to go through the Applicant Guidelines prior to lodging an application. This will provide an indication as to whether the Applicant may be eligible for prequalification on this Scheme.

Prequalification may be granted for various work categories, including:

C2-Building Heritage Restoration
C3-Interior Fit Out (Refurbishment)
C4-Demolition
C5-Civil Works
C6-Playground Infrastructure
C7-Ground Surfaces
B1-Building Mechanical HVAC
B2-Building Electrical
B3-Lift & Escalators
B4-Security System
B5-Hydraulic Services (Plumbing) and Fire Sprinklers
B6-Medical Gasfitting Work
T1-Painting
T2-Bricklaying
T3-Concreting
T4-General Fencing
T5-Carpentry and Joinery
T6-Roof Sheeting /Roof Plumbing
